The Audio-Technica AT-VM530EN/H Headshell & Cartridge Combo Kit is a high-performance vinyl playback solution that combines the AT-VM530EN Dual Moving Magnet stereo cartridge with a pre-mounted AT-HS10BK headshell. Designed for detailed and accurate analog reproduction, this ready-to-install combination makes cartridge setup easier while delivering excellent tracking, channel separation, and wide frequency response.

At the heart of the AT-VM530EN is a lightweight 0.3 × 0.7 mil nude elliptical stylus. Its nude construction reduces the effective moving mass of the stylus assembly, helping it follow the record groove accurately and reproduce musical detail with reduced tracing distortion. The aluminum pipe cantilever further supports responsive and precise stylus movement.

Audio-Technica’s Dual Moving Magnet design uses two precisely positioned magnets to accurately sense the left and right stereo channels. The cartridge also incorporates a Para-Toroidal coil generator designed to improve generating efficiency and linearity. A center shield plate helps reduce electrical crosstalk between the channels, contributing to clear stereo separation.

The cartridge features a durable, low-resonance polymer housing designed to minimize unwanted coloration while maintaining structural rigidity. The AT-VM530EN/H comes factory-mounted on the lightweight aluminum AT-HS10BK headshell, providing a convenient solution for compatible tonearms with a standard 1/2-inch cartridge connection.

With a frequency response of 20–25,000 Hz, 4.5 mV output voltage, and 27 dB channel separation, the AT-VM530EN/H is designed for detailed, dynamic stereo vinyl playback. Its recommended tracking force is 1.8–2.2 g, with 2.0 g as the standard setting, making it straightforward to configure on a wide range of compatible turntables.
