The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer WS360-SP5 is a premium 360mm all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU cooler purpose-built for AMD EPYC™ processors using the SP5 socket. Designed for demanding workstation and server environments, it delivers exceptional thermal performance, ensuring reliable operation under sustained heavy workloads such as AI development, scientific computing, virtualization, 3D rendering, engineering simulations, and professional content creation.
Engineered specifically for enterprise-class processors, the WS360-SP5 features a full-coverage copper cold plate that is optimized for the large integrated heat spreader (IHS) found on AMD EPYC SP5 CPUs. This maximizes heat transfer across the entire processor surface, helping maintain lower temperatures and consistent performance even during continuous high-core-count processing.
The cooler utilizes a 360mm high-density aluminum radiator paired with three high-performance 120mm PWM fans, providing excellent airflow and static pressure for efficient heat dissipation. The fans automatically adjust their speed according to CPU temperature, delivering powerful cooling under load while maintaining quiet operation during lighter workloads.
At the heart of the Liquid Freezer WS360-SP5 is ARCTIC’s advanced PWM-controlled water pump, engineered for high coolant flow and long-term reliability.
